Project description

This project was an experiment to explore how we can create more collectively in groups with less creative conflict and more support for each other. During the semester, we chose to practice this democratically in the form of live visuals combined with soundscapes. In this format, we have two creating individuals who are separate in their mediums but interact through the back-and-forth of their output. This collaboration aims to blend different artistic expressions into a cohesive experience, fostering a supportive environment that emphasizes mutual respect and creativity. The ultimate goal is to reduce conflict and enhance cooperation, creating a harmonious and innovative artistic process.

Video Archive Live Distortion Brain Massage Bildet Banden

Video Archive Live Distortion Brain Massage" is an immersive audiovisual performance that merges retro video archives with real-time visual distortions and live synthesized audio. This project is designed to create a surreal, hypnotic experience where archived footage is transformed into a pulsating, sensory "brain massage" through the interplay of visuals and sound.
