Digital Transformation: Experts from the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar Make Valuable Contributions to the German Government’s Digital Summit
Each year, the German government hosts a Digital Summit, a congress that addresses the challenges posed by the digital transformation in Germany. The Digital Summit will be held in Jena on 20 and 21 November this year. During the summit, representatives from business, science and civil society will have the chance to engage directly with the German government and discuss the potential and opportunities of the digital transformation on-site. The key question is: How can we harness digital technologies to shape a sustainable and liveable future?
In addition to Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Dr. Robert Habeck and Federal Minister of Digital Affairs and Transport Dr. Volker Wissing, numerous other federal ministries will be present at the event. Researchers from the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar are actively participating in the summit, contributing their expertise in various areas, including artificial intelligence, networked mobility, and digital cultural heritage.
