Information for exhibitors
You may register for the competition from now to 22 June 2015, midnight. Registered projects and events will appear on the official website and the printed summaery2015 programme. If you miss the deadline, you are still allowed to enter your proposal, but we regret that we won't be able to include your name in the programme. Only projects and collaborative events created by students of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar are eligible for entry in the competition.
To reserve rooms or space, please contact the responsible administrator.
Ms. Heike Sander (firstname.lastname@example.org) is responsible for allocating space in the Audimax, and Ms. Raika Nebelung (email@example.com) is in Charge of assigning free/outdoor spaces on the campus grounds and in the lobby of the University Library.

Please, follow the house rules of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar (only available in german) concerning the use of rooms and exterior space within the university area.
Public events and parties
summaery2015 and the opening party on 9 July are registered in the city of Weimar by University Communications. Anyone who wants to host a public event or party outside regular opening times of summaery2015 must register it independently with the Amt für Allgemeine Ordnungs- und Aufsichtsangelegenheiten at least eight days in advance. Registration is free of charge. The contact person is Ms. Schenk in the Amt für Allgemeine Ordnungs- und Aufsichtsangelegenheiten of Weimar (Fon 03643 762 355, firstname.lastname@example.org).
