Bauhaus Christmas Market

The Christmas market »Kauf Dir ein Stück Bauhaus« at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar will take place for the first time this year on Saturday, 10 December from 10 am to 6 pm in the Mensa am Park.

On 30 November, Bauhaus-Universität Weimar invites all university members to this year's Science Day. Newly appointed professors will present their research and work focuses. The day will offer the opportunity to get to know each other and to exchange ideas.

Long Night of Sciences

For this year's Long Night of Science in Weimar and the Weimarer Land on 18 November from 6 pm to midnight, the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar is participating with numerous offers at the four locations Coudraystraße, University Library, Amalienstraße 13 and in the Digital Bauhaus Lab.

Orientation Night DIGITAL

On 10 November, prospective students and their parents will once again have the opportunity to talk to study advisors and students from 7 to 9 pm and find out about the offers, organisation and social conditions of studying.

Matriculation Ceremony 2022

All newly enrolled students are warmly invited by the Board of Governance and the university to the this years Matriculation Ceremony on 12 October 2022, 5 pm in the main auditorium of the University Library.

From 14 to 17 July Bauhaus-Universität Weimar invites you to the annual exhibition »summaery2022«. Students and teachers will present their current projects and positions.

Engineering Day

Under the motto »transformING«, the Thuringian Alliance for Engineering Sciences invites all interested parties to the theme day at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar on 29 June 2022 from 10 am to 5 pm. Exciting projects from the fields of research, teaching and transfer will be presented.

Long Night of Academic Writing

The Long Night of Academic Writing takes place on 23 June 2022 under the motto »Writing for Future«. Students, doctoral candidates, university staff members and anyone interested in writing are invited to exchange ideas with experts about sustainability in everyday writing and to get impulses for own writing projects.

TLL²² - Day of Teaching and Learning 2022

On May 25, 2022, the Day of Teaching and Learning will take place. The event invites all students and doctoral candidates, teachers and staff of Bauhaus University to jointly develop ideas and discuss what teaching and learning means for our university today and in the future.

Winterwerkschau

From 4 to 6 February, the student-organised Winterwerkschau will take place for the fifth time. Students from the Faculty of Art and Design as well as other faculties will present their works of the winter semester online and on site.
