Project description
Together we change the world with design.
In this module, students work with international designer, innovator and entrepreneur Katrin Oeding to gradually develop the brand identity of a holistic sustainable food brand. Design and sustainability are the drivers of new brands. Understanding the interplay and paying attention to both disciplines from conception to launch will be an important outcome of the module.
It all starts with a sustainable food concept and the conception of the brand identity including its purpose. In the course of the module, the students will develop a corporate design and design an unmistakable logo to go with it. So that the sustainable food brand can also be differentiated in the supermarket and online trade, the participants create a sustainable packaging design to match the product and design concept of the brand.
