Project description

In the past semester within the project “climate neutral Campus” we investigated scenarios for a climate neutral building stock in the Coudraystraße. The start was accomplished by an on-site inspection of the Coudraystraße. Based on this, examination an energy neighborhood model, including a detailed utilization plan, was created. This neighborhood model was used for a simulation of the status-quo. Based on a validated model of the neighborhood various scenarios for a climate neutral campus were developed.
