Project description

Did you click on the link because of the title? Would you have been attracted by the headline "Women in STEM"? We want to take you into our world of experience and the world of women in STEM. For that, it may take that hidden identification of women with breasts ... or not.

We - these are affiliated women of the Faculty of Civil Engineering. We - these are women who share experiences that cannot be explained individually, but structurally.
With our contributions we want to give an insight with the help of numbers, portraits, links and reports of experiences.

These small contributions (more videos can be found under "Links") were not created as part of a lecture, but during an exchange between faculty member and students during the summer semester. We want to draw attention to still entrenched role models and the associated obstacles to equal cooperation within the engineering sciences.
