Ukraine Refugees: City of Weimar Activates Digital Services
In addition to the municipal Ukraine help hotline (Tel. 03643/762622), the Weimar city administration has activated two digital services to facilitate the assistance and reception of war refugees and to provide maximum data protection.
For example, host families can send initial basic information about the people they are hosting to the city administration at https://thavelp.thueringen.de/thavelp/portal/zs/270778/start?pe=2083 in order to receive short-term advice and support from the authorities.
Weimar residents who would like to offer living space to accommodate Ukrainian war refugees can do so at https://thavelp.thueringen.de/thavelp/portal/zs/270778/start?pe=2084.

This eliminates the need to send scanned personal documents or information by mail.
