For enrolment at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, it is obligatory for you to have a health insurance that is valid in Germany (§ 5 para. 1 no. 9 sentence 1 SGB V).
Your health insurance must be confirmed / approved by an electronic notification from a German public health insurance provider to Bauhaus-Universität Weimar (so called “M10 notification”).
Without the electronic notification by a German public health insurance, you cannot be enrolled.

Depending on your individual circumstances, you can take out insurance after your arrival in Weimar.
“Good afternoon, my name is [your surname(s), first name(s)]. I was born on [your date of birth] in [your place of birth]. I will be spending a semester abroad at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar in [semester of stay at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, see your ”Letter of Acceptance"]. I am currently living [your current postal address or your future address in Weimar]. Please find attached a scan / copy of my insurance documents. Please forward the data to Bauhaus-Universität Weimar (M10) so that I can be enrolled as an exchange student. Thank you very much."
