Thank you very much for your interest in collaborating with Bauhaus-Universität Weimar!
Bauhaus-Universität Weimar maintains partnerships with more than 250 higher-education institutions worldwide.
The most common type of partnership undertaken by the faculties of Bauhaus-Universität Weimar is a “Cooperation for Academic Cooperation and Exchange”, which provides a basis for the exchange of students (bachelor, master, PhD) and staff, as well as joint projects.
Please note: in general, it is one or more of the four faculties (Architecture and Urbanism, Civil Engineering, Media, Art and Design) at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar that is party to the agreement, and not the university as a whole. This approach helps to ensure the compatibility of the academic programs between the partners.
Please note: the Department of International Relations only initiates contract negotiations if a professor of Bauhaus-Universität Weimar signals his/her interest in cooperating. The contracts will be prepared by the Department of International Relations and negotiated and drawn up in cooperation with the partner.
