Travel Information

---

International flights usually arrivae at the Frankfurt/Main Airport. From there, you can go by train to Weimar. Planning information can be found on the web site of Deutsche Bahn AG. (Please enter for departure "Frankfurt(M) Flughafen Fernbf" and as destination "Weimar Hauptbahnhof (Thur)"). The station "Frankfurt(M) Flughafen Fernbf" is directly located at the airport. It might be advantegous to choose a connection where you don't have to change trains. The travel time is about 2,5 hours. Tickets for the train can either be booked on-line, at the station (usually using a multi-language ticket machine) or directly on the train (only if you travel using an IC or ICE).

After your arrival in Weimar, you best choose one of the taxis that can be found at the station.

Submission

It is strongly preferred that submissions be processed in LaTeX according to the instructions listed on (Springer LNCS Guidelines) since these are mandatory for the final papers. Submitted papers must be in PDF format and should be submitted electronically. Please note, that the submission of abstracts is not handled anonymously! If accepted for presentation, your submission will be included as is in the conference records.

Note: WEWoRC is a workshop. When submitting a paper to the WEWoRC 2011 you are also allowed to submit it to any other conference or workshop. If your paper has been published elsewhere, you can present it at WEWoRC - it just doesn't qualify for the final proceedings (see our FAQ).

Submissions accepted for publication in the final procedings will appear in LNCS (Lecture Notes in Computer Science)

Student Stipends

A limited number of stipends are available to students, to cover their registration fee. Preference will be given to those who are presenting papers at the workshop.

To apply for a stipend, please send your application by 30 June 2011 to

A brief justification from your adviser or department chair would support your case.
