Prof. Dr.-Ing. Christian Koch

The Chair of Intelligent Technical Design is concerned with the application of modern information and communication technology (ICT) during the design, the construction and the operation of civil infrastructure, such as buildings, bridges, tunnels, road and pipe networks. In this regard, we use methods of Building Information Modelling (BIM), Computer Vision and Machine Learning as well as Virtual and Augmented Reality to efficiently and sustainably inform decision makers.

Contribution at the 29th EG-ICE International Workshop on Intelligent Computing in Engineering

At this year's conference of the European Group for Intelligent Computing in Engineering, Mathias Artus was invited to introduce the first session and present new results from current research.

Mathias Artus was invited to give the first presentation at this year's EG-ICE workshop, as he won the Best Paper Award at EG-ICE 2021 together with Mohamed Alabassy. Additionally, results from current research in corporation with MFPA Weimar were presented at this workshop. The paper can be found at https://doi.org/10.7146/aul.455.c221.
