Prof. Dr. Mark Jentsch participates in panel discussion on "Science communicates"

The Science Day 2020 focussed on science communication. Prof. Dr. Jentsch joined a panel discussion on how science communication can be successful.

The discussion, which was chaired by the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Winfried Speitkamp, focused on the conditions for successful science communication as well as obstacles, risks and opportunities for scientists. Prof. Dr. Mark Jentsch, Prof. Dr. Christiane Voss (Chair of Philosophy of Audiovisual Media) and Jun. Prof. Dr. Daniela Zupan (Junior Professorship European Cities and Urban Heritage) presented their experiences and positions on the topic and evaluated the effectiveness and benefits of science communication.
