Kick-off meeting H2-Well project development in Apolda

Partners from industry, research and academia met in Apolda to discuss about the work content and work packages of a joint research and development project on a compact hydrogen generation and distribution system. The vision is to build a novel electrolysis unit and integrate it with a small-scale hydropower plant. The generated hydrogen will then be distributed via a newly developed trailer distribution system to supply a compact vehicle fuelling unit with hydrogen. The project is part of the H2-Well initiative, which is coordinated by the Energy Systems research team.
