Project description

For the Winterwerkschau, the student led exhibition group EXHIBITIONISTS! is doing another exhibition in Weimar.
Connected and yet different, the works in this exhibition showcase different stages of transformations: Reflections, Rotations, Translations, Dilations.
ALLES IM FLUSS - WAS FLIEßT, WAS BLEIBT is an exhibition exploring the different dimensions of transitions in time within and outside of us.
Between eagerness for transformation and change as well as Zukunftsangst, the exhibition creates a shore-like space to pick a moment out of time, to put your feet into the water and reminisce in the never ending flow of everything.
In various works students from Bauhaus University Weimar are looking at states of matter, on the conditions of transformation itself - the before, the after and the inbetweens.
Through installation, performance, photography and writing the artists are opening up a space to experience and reflect on this concept.
