Project description
Is the socially established concept of "cuisine" still up to date in our culture?
Who is penalised by the kitchen concepts we live with, what does our Western cuisine forget?
Does the kitchen still do justice to our food culture?
In the winter semester, the "Kitchen Scenarios" project group addressed these and further questions. Intensive research covered a wide range of topics, from innovations in kitchen design and eating habits to political and social aspects of food and eating culture.
On the basis of this research, four project groups produced various results that shed light on the issues from many different angles.
