»POWER HOUSE« – Yoga at nova space
Every week on Thursdays, 10 - 11 a.m., there is a free yoga offer at nova space (except on 18 May). The classes are open to all and require no previous experience. Let's breathe, flow and feel the energy together!

YOGA at the nova [shared] space
- open for all
- no previous experience necessary
- please bring your own mat and come in comfortable clothes (we practise barefoot, shoes are not necessary)
- optionally bring a blanket and warm socks
- donation is welcome (voluntary)
- no registration necessary
- in German, English translation possible if desired
- start at 10 am sharp
The yoga classes will be given by Imani Fee Hallein (*1999 Munich). She studies Product Design at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and has been a certified yoga teacher since 2020. She first came into contact with yoga at the age of 11. Her yoga style is characterised by versatility. She prefers to teach a mixture of flowing and static yoga postures. In Imani's yoga classes you can expect not only a little journey to yourself and your breath, but you will also gain more physical and mental strength and more serenity.
