Fette Sans is an artist living and working in Berlin. Her works combine conceptual and interdisciplinary approaches of images, writing, performance, online gestures, filmmaking, installations and discussions. In collaboration with students of Klasse Dahlem / chair of sculpture, object, installation at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, she brings »Precarious Gossip«, a discussion series initiated by her, into the Thomas-Mann Suite of the Hotel Elephant Weimar. Live broadcasted into the hall of the hotel, Fette Sans and Berlin based artist Marie von Heyl will discuss the muse, and the possibility of an opposite, the muse as the denial of a subject position as a way of muting and glorifying women, the muse as devouring the other, the muse as drug(s).
