In her sculptures and installations are replicas or quotations of objects and everyday situations. They deal with the physicality of use and perception involving both, the participant and the observer. The artwork of Francis Zeischegg is part of public and private collections and can be seen in temporary exhibitions as well as in fixed installations in public and private spaces. Francis Zeischegg lives and works in Berlin.

* These include projects in partnership with people from other disciplines, e.g. in 2006 the community-based urban space project »Permanent Moving« in Berlin, in cooperation with colleagues from the artist-group »Raumhopping«, the architect Raimund Binder and the sculptor Patrick Timm. As well, from 2002-2004, she headed the artist-group »Teamwork«, including the architects Gruber&Pop, the landscape architects STraum.a and visual artist Kai Völker, which realized the temporary interventions »Raumsituation« I, II and III in Berlin. From 2008-2010, as professor at the art college »Burg Giebichstein« in Halle (Saale), she realized the art school exchange-project »Raumbeziehungen«, in collaboration with the artist Susanne Lorenz, professor at the Hamburg Art College. Since 2007, together with the painter Juliane Laitzsch, Francis Zeischegg has been developing the ongoing drawing-project »Orientierung im Dialog« (orientation in dialogue), which was presented in several exhibitions. From 2009-2013 she was part of the artist-group Raum:Selbst, which conducted artistic projects about questioning the term »space« and realized several exhibitions (e.g. in the House of Arts in Brünn, Czech Republic). These various projects have been documented in several catalogues, documentaries and artistic videos.
