Coronavirus Prevention: Facilities closed for the public/no teaching taking place
In order to prevent a possible spread of the COVID-19 virus, the workshops, computer pools, ateliers and studios as well as the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism are now closed. Advice for students will only be given by telephone or e-mail.
Student worksrooms have to be emptied before March 19, 4 pm. Students may leave their models in the rooms. By March 20 the rooms will remain closed.
The start of courses is postponed until at least May 4, 2020. The attendance phase at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar may begin even later if necessary. Students are expressly requested not to arrive until the beginning of the courses. Alternative offers for the summer semester are currently being examined.
Due dates and deadlines for final examinations and term papers are, in general, extended for the closure period. Fixed presentation dates are subject to bilateral agreements between mentor and student.
