Der Masterstudiengang Europäische Urbanistik bietet seinen Studenten weltweit außergewöhnliche Modellprojekt-Partner an. Sie decken unterschiedlichste Disziplinen und Bereiche in Städtebau, Stadtforschung, Stadtplanung und Architektur ab. Gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern werden die Projekte auf dem Internationalen Forum der Modellprojekte vorgestellt.

The Masters programme European Urban Studies offers its students outstanding Model Project Partners worldwide. They cover diverse disciplines and fields such as urban design, urban research, urban planning and architecture. Together with our Partners we present the Model Projects at the International Model Project Forum.

9th International Model Project Forum
8. Internationales Forum der Modellprojekte 2008
Wie verzahnen sich Praxis und Theorie, wenn es um konkrete städtebauliche Projekte und Stadtentwicklung geht? Welche unterschiedlichen Ansätze existieren bei der Entwicklung von Großprojekten für neue Städte oder Stadtteile? Was bedeutet dabei Nachhaltigkeit, von der aktuell so viel die Rede ist? Und welche Rollen nehmen hier Architekten und Stadtplaner ein? Diese und viele andere Fragen wurden mit den weltweiten Modellprojektpartnern des IfEU auf dem Forum der Modellprojekte vom 27.-29.02.2008 diskutiert.

Mittwoch, den 27.02.08
Das in englischer Sprache gehaltene Programm startet am Mittwoch Abend 27.02.08 mit den Peter Schuhmacher Lectures, an denen Absolventen der Europäischen Urbanistik aus Praxis und Forschung Projekte vorstellen.
Donnerstag, den 28.02.08
Am darauffolgenden Donnerstag (28.02.08) stellen Studierende der Masterprogramme Europäische Urbanistik und International Integrated Urban Studies Projekte vor, an denen sie bei den Partnern der Modellprojekte mitgewirkt haben.
Freitag, den 29.02.08
Der Freitag (29.02.08) ist ganztätig den Vorträgen der Modellprojektpartner und dazugehörigen Paneldiskussionen gewidmet.
