How does a strong team grow alongside the founding journey? In this interactive workshop, Melissa Bejjani-Cazaré, the chairwomen of the supervisory board from co.hilo Kaffeekollektiv e.g. will share her insights from co.hilo’s entrepreneurial journey — from a small project idea to a registered cooperative. Through real-life examples and personal experiences, the workshop explores how team structures evolve through different phases of a startup, from the early co-founding stage to scaling a social enterprise. Participants will engage in reflection, playful exercises, and learn practical methods for building effective teams — even on a small budget. This online workshop is organised by the University of applied sciences Erfurt.
