What we do:
plants & machines is designing 21st Century tools for food production. Starting with the vision to bring automated food production and gardening back home, plants & machines develops fully automated greenhouses for indoor gardening and urban farming applications. Our technology takes care of irrigation, humidity, light spectrum, temperature and lots of other important parameters for growing healthy plants and organisms.

What we’re looking for:
• a teamplayer (10-15 hours/week in our Berlin office)
• with very good C++ coding skills,
• able to read avr-assembler code,
• extensive knowledge about atmega microcontrollers
• ability to profile and debug embedded code
We need help reiterating our embedded software:
• to optimize RAM and ROM footprint
• program structure and flow
• serial communication protocol
