The goal is the model quality assessment of reinforced concrete walls based on the knowledge accumulated from different sources of experience such as real observations, laboratory observations and various model applications. Here, we want to learn how well a desired model is able to predict the response of a RC wall under earthquake excitations. The compiled knowledge is organized in a database in order to achieve an efficient data management. The selected model, the prediction quality of which we are interested in, is checked against the collected knowledge. The distance from the model response to the known response represents a quality measure.
