Bilisaf Teferri Taressa is a Lecturer and research associate at ECL-AA (Emerging Cities Lab – Addis Ababa) in Addis Ababa since 2017. Bilisaf holds a Master’s of Science in Architectural Engineering, and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Addis Ababa University. He is engaging in various research projects, supervising thesis projects of graduating Architecture students, and teaching Master’s classes in Architectural Engineering program. He is also involved in practical experience in the field of building systems, water infrastructure and Architecture in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Bilisaf is also CEO and founder at  AMERTI Design and Construction, practicing in several design and build projects throughout Ethiopia.
