Marienstraße
15: Built as a residential house in 1829, the building has been
used by the University since the 1950s. It was expanded in the 1950s
with the addition of a north wing with lecture halls.
In
addition to the four lecture halls (A-D), the Deans Office
and several institutes of the civil
engineering faculty are housed here: the Institute for Structural
Engineering (IKI),
the Institute for Structural Mechanics (ISM), and the Institute
for Water Mechanics (IWW).
Marienstraße
9: Erected in 1860 in conjunction with the late-classicist
construction along the street extending to Belvedere.
Today,
the
Professorship for Surveying (geodetic surveying and photogrammetry)
as well as the Division
of University Communication are located here.
