The
building was erected as a bank in 1930. During the post-war
years, it served as a school building, and since 1956-57
it has been used by the university.
Today,
along with professorships of the Faculties of Architecture
and Civil Engineering, the University
Computing Center (SCC) with computing labs, the Language
Center, a lecture hall seating 130, and four seminar
and practice rooms are located here, as well as a small
cafeteria.
