Architecture in the Age of Empire | Die Architektur der neuen Weltordnung
Since 1976, Bauhaus Colloquia have taken place at regular intervals, addressing hotly debated topics in architecture and urbanism and bringing together distinguished experts and upcoming scholars from all over the world. They are the oldest and most renown conference on architecture theory and history in the German speaking realm. This years meeting will examine the architectural implications and chances of
- modernization and globalization;
- projective vs. critical practice
- affect, ornament and atmosphere
- architectural expertise and design intelligence.
