Coudraystraße 7

This six-storey concrete-reinforced skeleton construction with a corridor-divided layout was built in 1974. The building was originally intended to house the Ernst Thälmann Industrial Machinery Collective Combine (SKET) but was then taken over by the university.

Today, the building is primarily used by the Faculty of Civil Engineering, the Finance and Research Departments, the Office of Student and Academic Affairs, General Academic Advising and the Facility Management Service Centre.
