Ordering Business Cards

We have provided the following information to help you order business cards. If you need new cards, please fill out this form. Please note that cards can only be ordered in increments of 100, and for cost-saving reasons, are printed with all other orders at one time.
We kindly remind professors and campus services employees that the form and design of the cards must comply with university’s corporate design guidelines. Therefore, employees are not permitted to personalize their business cards.

To save on printing costs, business cards are arranged onto sheets of 25 users and are printed every quarter year. Therefore, place larger orders to ensure that you do not run out of cards. These are the deadlines for your order in 2008:

• February 17nd 2012
• May 18th 2012
• August 17th 2012
• November 16rd 2012
