Career Prospects

The graduates of the bachelor's and master's programme in Computer Science and Media at the Faculty of Media have excellent opportunities in the labor market. In the media, multimedia and telecommunications industries and the research they are highly in demand. Previously, each of our graduates found employment within a very short time -whether in the private sector, international research, or in a self-founded company. Graduates are working among other things as software developers, database administrators, IT analysts, application managers and process consultants. 

Some of them founded companies, which are supported by the EXIST-SEED program of the BMBF; the business ideas often emerged from research projects pushed by the professorships of Computer Science and Media.
