Registering for a student exchange programme

If you wish to participate in a student exchange programme (e.g., ERASMUS), you have to register online. After we have received your completed registration, we will send you confirmation by e-mail as well as other information.

• Please fill out all the fields in the registration form and follow the instructions if important data is missing.

• After you have sent us the data, you will automatically have access to the registration form as a PDF document. Please print this out, attach a passport photo to the form and sign it.

• We require the signature from the ERASMUS coordinator at your university. Without his/her signature, we cannot consider your application further.

• Send us the completed and signed registration form along with the “Living in Weimar” form to our postal address:
