IAESTE

The IAESTE (International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience) is the world's largest intern exchange organisation for students in engineering and natural sciences. More than eighty countries around the world are members of the IAESTE.

IAESTE internships not only provide candidates with professional training, but also encourage them to make contact with the people and culture of their host country and improve their foreign language skills.

Depending on the needs of the specific company or institution, most internships last between four weeks and six months. Internships are offered during the summer months, but some are also available during the lecture period. The local IAESTE committee is responsible for supervising foreign interns on location, organising an extensive support programme and providing accommodation.
