Please note that the host university is responsible for providing foreign students with a “transcript of records”. The standardised form we have provided below may be different from what you will receive and is only meant as an example.

Not all faculties require applicants to obtain a “letter of recommendation” from a professor. Therefore, please refer to the specific application requirements listed on the posted foreign exchange announcement.
