This Internet portal provides European researchers information on funding opportunities in selected non-European countries.

DAAD Portal 
Many DAAD applications can only be submitted online via the DAAD Portal.

• To organize the many funding programmes of DAAD, all calls are now
  published on three dates per year: beginning of April, mid June, and beginning of October.
• A new project database with comprehensive information on all funded
  projects including enhanced search criteria was developed.

DAAD applications are (mostly) submitted online via the DAAD-Portal.

Important requirements:

• Application only via PC (not MAC!) 
• Technical requirements: Browser Internet Explorer 6.0/7.0 and Adobe Reader (at least version 8.1)
• Administrative requirements: Naming of one person responsible for the project and of one coordinator
