Abgabeleistungen und Plottregime

Hallo C4D-ProjektteilnehmerInnen,
Als Zip-Datei angehängt findet ihr hier eine Ordnerstruktur mit Hinweisen, wie eure Inhalte und Ergebnisse dort eingepflegt werden sollen.
Ausserdem habe ich gerade mit Frau Ronneberger gesprochen, die unsere Plotter in der KEW betreut. Folgendes ist für die Vorbereitung zu beachten:
1. Zu dunkle Renderings, Fotos ect. unbedingt aufhellen! Ggf. muß man einen (verkleinerten) Probeplott machen!
2. Die Indesign-Dateien müssen im pdf-Format gesichert werden oder in Photoshop in JPG- oder Tiff-Format umgewandelt werden.
Dabei ist darauf zu achten daß alle Ebenen auf die Hintergrund-Ebene reduziert werden.
3. Da ein Plot 60 *1.80 cm durchaus eine halbe Stunde dauern kann wird die Zeit nicht reichen, wenn wir erst ab Mittwoch Nachmittag plotten. Es ist sinnvoll gestaffelt zu plotten, so dass die am frühesten fertig werdenden Poster schon Montag oder Dienstag geplottet werden sollten.
4. Nach den Umbaumaßnahmen steht eine Grundreinigung der KEW ins Haus. Frau Ronneberger bemüht sich darum, dass dies erst am Freitag ist, kann das aber im Moment noch nicht versichern. Noch ein Grund mehr zeitig zu beginnen!
